Director of operations and Care Coordinator

Miss Lisa Schwandt is an experienced emergency care specialist with Level 5 training in managerial roles. She has been working in the field of Child and family care for over a decade, and her expertise includes crisis intervention, respite care, children’s residential staffing requirements, family support, and more. She has been instrumental in developing and coordinating our care team, ensuring that we deliver the best care services in the UK.

Mr. Tiere is a highly experienced and accomplished Care Manager with a proven track record of over a decade in managing teams across diverse care settings. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and has worked closely with teams involved in caring for looked after children, thereby acquiring a wealth of knowledge and insight into the significance of placing children in the appropriate environment with staff trained to support them effectively. His extensive experience in managing teams has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the complexities involved in providing high-quality care services to children and families .
